The Kadir-Buxton Method:

The Thirty Second Cure For Mental Illness

Stress leads to poor and little sleep, which leads in turn to mental illness.

The Tension Sheet alleviates stress,

my Insomnia Cure improves sleep patterns, and an alternative cure to the Kadir-Buxton Method, is the

Decades ago I discovered a cure for mental health problems. The cure, which I term the Kadir-Buxton Method, has been used on a wide variety of mental health problems. The procedure stuns and resets the brain of the patient, so that the patient returns to a normal condition. The Kadir-Buxton Method is done by making a fist of both hands, and striking both ears of the patient at exactly the same time and pressure with the soft part of the inner hand which is where the thumb joins the hand. The arrow in Figure 1 shows this point for your ease of use.

The procedure is painless and the patient regains consciousness faster the less hard the double blow is struck. With practice, I am able to render the patients unconscious for only thirty seconds. Other individuals have faired even better.

At this point I would like to explain the difference between a stun and a punch. With the Kadir-Buxton Method, a patient standing on one leg whilst holding a rose would still be standing on one leg and holding a rose when they were cured. With a punch, the patient would be lying prone on the floor, and could well have dropped the rose. And just to add insult to injury, they would still be mentally ill. Try it for yourselves if you do not believe me.

There are three exceptions to the single stun that I have found, namely manic depression, and eating disorders, which are often caused by a trauma in life such as sexual abuse, and psychopathic disorder. For the first two, the memory of the trauma must be dealt with. The patient is asked to remember the trauma as vividly as possible, and the stun technique is then used. The procedure of remembering the trauma and the stun technique must be done three times for the memory to be totally erased. Once the trauma is eradicated, the patient is cured. With rape victims, the Kadir-Buxton Method should be done only twice, so that most of the trauma of the rape is taken away, and yet the victim can still remember the incident for any future court case. Similarly, paedophiles can be made to stop attacking children when the Kadir-Buxton Method is used twice, if my method is used three times the paedophile can be so shocked by their previous behaviour that they commit suicide. The victims of paedophiles could have the trauma limited until a court case, and then erased after the court case so that they are not haunted by the attack for the rest of their lives. Psychopathic disorder can be treated by asking the patient to think as vividly as possible how much they enjoy lying. When the enjoyment of lying has been taken away the patient now loses their psychopathic personality. Caution must be taken because a liar can think of something else instead of how much they enjoy lying as part of the lying process, and other memories could be erased instead.

I have found that using the Kadir-Buxton Method three times whilst alcoholics and drug addicts are remembering their love of what they are addicted to as vividly as possible takes away all cravings to carry on with their addiction. Please see: Brain Washing

You will find that the Kadir-Buxton Method is also effective against comas and senility, amongst other things. I am hoping that Medical Professionals across Europe will evaluate and bring into use the biggest breakthrough in Medicine since my invention Microsurgery. I am having a hard time getting the Kadir-Buxton Method used in the UK because it would cut down the number of professionals that are needed at present, and of course, cut the amount of expensive drugs that drug companies sell at present. I intend to shut down all Mental Health Wards, and pass on the patients to trained nurses in local surgeries, and would like the money saved to be spent on Health and Education. According to the Centre for Mental Health the savings would be £300 billion per year.

A test an individual can do to validate the Kadir-Buxton Method is a proof that memories can be erased. Members of the scientific community are at the moment attempting to design a drug which can erase memories because of the way in which bad memories can blight lives.

A volunteer should be asked to write on a piece of paper an everyday piece of information that they are well aware such as the colour of the walls of a kitchen, the colour of the car, or mother's maiden name. After a third party has got the piece of paper, the volunteer is asked to remember the memory as vividly as possible. The Kadir-Buxton is then administered for the first time. The volunteer is again asked to remember as vividly as possible this memory. For the second time the Kadir-Buxton Method is used. And finally, the volunteer is asked for a third time to visualise the memory, before the Kadir-Buxton is administered. Now you will find that the volunteer cannot remember the answer that is written on the piece of paper, and the third party can reveal what is written down to both of you.

While this might seem like an elaborate party trick, you should then ask yourself what this invention would be worth to the medical profession and pharmaceutical industry.

I have found that hypnotists have the ability to undo all this good, and the patient is left back at the mental health problem state. Because this can be foreseen, the patient can be asked to remember as vividly as possible how much they like hypnotists three times, each time stunning the patient so that they will not get your good work reversed at a later date. It could well be that this method could reverse a criminal''s interest in crime, but this has not been proven by me. I trust that you will take the opportunity to evaluate the Kadir-Buxton Method and use it extensively. Feel free to mention on your own website the results of your experiments.

I invented the Kadir-Buxton Method in 1979, and since then over 60,570 mentally ill citizens have killed themselves or someone else in the UK alone. This is over twenty times the number of those killed in 'The Twin Towers' bombing which lead to both a massive international outcry, combined with spending and action by the British Government.

Meanwhile, surveys of surveys reveal, untreated people in the Third World get better quicker than UK patients in the drug oriented system here.

There is also an economic argument, if one were needed, for the use of the Kadir-Buxton Method. There are one million mentally ill people in the UK alone, many of whom would be willing to work and help pay for our future pensions. The money that would be saved is enough to make all countries that use the Method Near-Zero CO2 emitters.

At present 80% of animal experiments are carried out to test drugs for the treatment of mental illness, and there is a strong argument for using the Kadir-Buxton Method in order to end most of this unnecessary cruelty.

The medical profession has been hostile to the Kadir-Buxton Method, Muhammad Ali used it to cure the mentally ill in US hospitals until staff warned him that they would physically restrain him and abuse him with drug therapy if he did not stop, even though he was sane. They had seen the writing on the wall for their jobs and put money before patients.

The UK newspaper Daily Mail reported on 13 November 2013:

Suffering from depression can dramatically speed up the ageing process in cells, research has found.

Tests revealed that cells appeared biologically older in people who were severely depressed or who had suffered from the condition in the past.

Dutch researchers compared cell structures called telomeres in more than 2,400 people with and without depression.

Telomeres bracket the ends of chromosomes to protect cell's DNA being damaged, but they are shortened when cells divide and can indicate ageing.

On average people naturally lose between 14 to 20 base pairs of DNA in the telomeres each year, Everyday Health reported.

Telomeres of people who had ever suffered depression were significantly shorter by about 83 to 84 base pairs of DNA, than those of people who had never suffered from the condition.

Scientists said the difference indicates approximately four to six years of advanced ageing.

As well as possibly increasing life expectancy in depressives, the Kadir-Buxton Method can also be used to make a person feel younger in old age.

For those who cannot wait for Governments and Churches to get on board and have difficulty in finding someone to train to use this method, you will find that higher grade martial artists, boxers, and professional dancers have the skills to pick it up fast; Muhammad Ali actually managed the Kadir-Buxton Method on his first attempt, which was a first for me. There are people who have not tested the Kadir-Buxton Method who doubt that it works. I have had more than three cured patients prove that they are cured to both their own Doctor, and local Clergy.

Reducing the Big Pharma Carbon Footprint by 80%+

Environmental engineers Lotfi Belkhir and Ahmed Elmeligi of McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, set out to analyse the carbon emissions put out by big pharma. They found that pharmaceutical companies put out 13 per cent more carbon emissions making medicines than car manufacturers - despite having a market that is 28% smaller.

Drug manufacturers emit greenhouse gases directly into the atmosphere from their factories as a result of their production processes, and indirectly through power use.

Pharmaceutical companies put out 13 per cent more carbon emissions than car manufacturers despite having a market that is 28 per cent smaller.

In 2007, for example, researchers found that the US Healthcare sector accounted for eight per cent of the nation's total greenhouse emissions.

Drug manufacturers directly emit greenhouse gases into the atmosphere from their factories as a result of their production processes.

In addition, these companies produce emissions indirectly through the carbon dioxide emitted in the production of the electrical power which they use in their manufacturing systems.

Drug companies can also cause other forms of pollution, such as the accidental leak of medicines into the environment.

This all sounds bad in the climate crisis, but I have a simple solution. I have been attempting to get the NHS to use the thirty second cure for mental illness, namely the Kadir-Buxton Method, since the 1980s. As General Practitioners complain of being overworked, and 80% of their work is about mental health, we could cut the carbon footprint of medicine by 80% as well just by using my simple to learn invention. Until the medical profession are forced to use this invention we should be learning my Method so that every First Aider can quickly both cure the mental illness and offset their patient's carbon footprint.

The 'Daily Mail' states that 52 megatonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent in 2015 is due to Big Pharma, compared to the 46.4 megatonnes put out by the car manufacturing industry in the same year. I say we can reduce this by 80% to 10.4 megatonnes. This would also cut the number of animals tortured in medical experiments by a similar amount. These polluting companies should be made to offset the rest, the opposite side of the carbon tax coin; which will take years for politicians to implement. A survey of surveys found that an untreated mental patient takes an average of five years to become sane again while those taking modern medicine take an average of six years these medicines should be regarded as a poison anyway. (you will be hard pushed to find this survey, it is well hidden). I have found the cheapest way for Big Pharma to offset their final 20% is by paying for Forest Gardens in the Third World. See: https://trees.org/

There are 7.7 billion people on the planet at the moment, and The WHO say that one in four are mentally ill, that is, 1.925 billion, with a combined CO2 emission of 42 megatonnes, this is an average mental health carbon footprint of 0.218 tonnes for each sufferer. And it will take just thirty seconds to end.

The Eskimo Chain

The Rock Group The Eskimo Chain have a song entitled: “The Kadir-Buxton Cure” on YouTube, well worth a listen if I do say so myself.

'38 Degrees' Petition

I have started a petition at “38 Degrees” and hope that you will sign it with me, it calls for a near-zero CO2 plan to be implemented now, paid for by the elimination of mental illness, at a saving of £100 billion a year in the UK alone. We have the technology.
